Our Work

What began as a simple way to help Ukrainian artists emotionally and financially by buying their art and compiling their stories, now, has grown into a complex project that at this time has two goals:

  • An immediate goal of financially helping the artists that were most affected by the war.

  • A far-reaching goal of developing and strengthening artistic ties between the United States and Ukraine.

These efforts can only happen if you are showing interest and purchasing art that is in our collection. All of the art, unless marked as purchased, is available for sale. Please fill in the form in the Contact section and we will get back to you with the details on the piece of art that you are interested in and inform you on the cause we are working on at this moment.

profits go back to the artists and to finance cultural exchange projects

over $8,000 distributed to artists to date

Great news… It is a luxury to be able to say something like that when there is a war going on in your country, but nevertheless I need to see the good and believe that your life and power is where your attention is… so. Great news for the artist is a new exhibit, new emotions from your work, curiocity, and understanding. I would like to sincerely thank the organizers of the Conflicted Art and Yevgen personally that I can feel that care because for me it is priceless. I want him to know that he founded a great enterprise! I wish him luck and to receive support from like minded people and philanthropists because such is the law of good deeds.

Conflicted Art @ New Heights

Our third exhibit is taking place at the venue of our good friends and patrons of the arts - New Heights restaurant. We are honored to be able to exhibit all of our collection and showcase the range of the artists that we are working with.

Through events like these we are exposing modern Ukrainian artists and raising interest in Ukrainian art. The art is available for sale at the gallery while it is being exhibited. All proceeds will go to help advance our goals of supporting US - Ukraine cultural collaboration.

For our second exhibit the best Italian restaurant in the Washington DC area and the only restaurant recognized to serve Pizza Napoletana graciously offered to host our art. This allows us to bring awareness to more people in a more casual dining environment.

Through events like these we are exposing modern Ukrainian artists and raising interest in Ukrainian art. The art is available for sale at the gallery while it is being exhibited. All proceeds will go to help advance our goals

Assisting the artists in a time of need - Katya Bondarec

On September 14th, 2022, Russian Army hit a dam in the Southern Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih. As a result, 100+ family homes were flooded and one of them was the house that our resident artist - Katya - was building for her and her family.

Katya's collage "Silence" has sold for $500 and the whole sum was sent to her right before the Holiday Season of 2022It is not our model to accept donations; however, in this case we felt that it would not be out of order. Our goal is to gather $1,000 to send to Katya to help rebuild. If you want to donate for this cause specifically, fill in the request in the Contact form and we will arrange for your donation. Every donator will receive a report once the goal is reached.

Residency for Ukrainian and US artists

In order to work towards our main goal of cultural exchange between the United States and Ukraine we chose a challenging but an interesting venture.

At this time, we are actively working with galleries in the Washington DC area in order to secure and sponsor a 1 to 2 month-long residency for one of our artists. Even though Ukraine is at war now, the borders are not closed and even men can leave under certain circumstances. Once the war is over, we will be working to send an American artist to Ukraine. We have a lot to teach each other.

Please remember that all of these efforts can happen only if you are showing interest and purchasing art that is in our collection. All of the art on this website, unless marked, is on sale. Please fill in the form in the Contact section and we will get back to you with the details on the piece of art that you are interested in.
